We are proud to offer limited edition merchandise produced through trusted print-on-demand manufacturing partners. Below you will find our fulfillment policy outlining how orders are processed, produced, and delivered.


What We Sell

Fan Shoppes offers made-to-order merchandise including apparel, accessories, backpacks, and other limited-edition products.

All physical merchandise is custom produced upon purchase through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners (such as Printify and Gelato).

Because items are made-to-order, slight variations in print placement, color tone, or material texture may occur.


Purchase Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their financial institution.


Order Processing & Production Times

Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Production time generally ranges from:

  • 2–7 business days depending on product type
  • Peak seasons may extend production times

Production timelines may vary due to:

  • Product demand
  • Supplier availability
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Global supply chain disruptions

Orders cannot be modified once they enter production.


Shipping & Delivery

After production is complete, items are shipped via third-party carriers, including (but not limited to):

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • International carriers, where applicable

Estimated shipping times:

Domestic U.S.: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Fan Shoppes, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Force majeure events

Tracking information will be provided when available.


Shipping Origin

Products are fulfilled from various print facilities based on:

  • Product type
  • Inventory availability
  • Geographic proximity to the customer

Fulfillment locations may include facilities within the United States and internationally.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect:

You must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photo of packaging (if damaged in transit)
  • Description of issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Items may not need to be returned.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are custom printed upon order:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Style preference
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item:

  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Check with neighbors or property management

Fan Shoppes, LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If an item is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, contact us within 30 days of estimated delivery date.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter production.

Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible due to the custom nature of the products.


Sweepstakes & Promotional Entries

Promotional entries associated with qualifying purchases are recorded at the time of the transaction.

Production delays, shipping timelines, replacements, or lost packages do not affect promotional entry totals.


Legal or Export Restrictions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their country.

We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local restrictions.
