REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Made-To-Order Products

All items sold by Fan Shoppes, LLC are made-to-order through third-party print-on-demand manufacturing partners.

Because each product is custom printed at the time of purchase, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected
• Color preference
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Manufacturing defective
• Incorrect item sent

You must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, email:

admin@fanshoppes.com

Include:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photo of the issue
• Brief description of the problem

Claims submitted without photo evidence may not be eligible for review.

If approved, we will:

• Replace the item at no additional cost, OR
• Issue a refund at our discretion

Replacement items will be produced and shipped according to our standard production timelines.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item:

• Please contact the shipping carrier directly
• We are not responsible for stolen packages

If an item is lost in transit (as confirmed by carrier), please contact us within 30 days of estimated delivery date.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.

Because products are custom printed shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Sweepstakes Promotional Entries

Promotional entries associated with qualifying purchases are recorded automatically at the time of transaction.

Entries cannot be modified, rescinded, transferred, or revoked after submission.

Replacement of defective merchandise does not affect promotional entry totals.
