Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
Because products are custom printed shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Promotional entries associated with qualifying purchases are recorded automatically at the time of transaction.
Entries cannot be modified, rescinded, transferred, or revoked after submission.
Replacement of defective merchandise does not affect promotional entry totals.
